Pasta Sauce
This is a versatile sauce that can be seasoned for all kinds of recipes that calls for a tomato base sauce. I used tomatoes that I harvested from my garden to make the tomato sauce. You can leave out the Italian seasoning and garlic and season the sauce to your preference. I use this same sauce for my chili. I haven't tried making my own tomato paste, so I used store bought.

add tomato sauce, tomato paste and water together in a saucepan and whisk together over medium heat.
When they are combined, whisk in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
your pasta sauce is now ready to add pasta and meat.
