Description

Blue Licks Battlefield State Resort Park preserves the site of the August 19, 1782, Battle of Blue Licks, remembered as the last major battle of the American Revolutionary War fought in Kentucky. Near the Licking River, the park combines a historic battlefield with a museum featuring artifacts, exhibits, and a diorama that help explain the clash and its place in Kentucky history.
