I started mixing my own seasoning blends about 5 years ago. After my heart attack, I had to watch my salt intake. Most all spice blends you buy in the store are loaded with Salt!

This is pretty much my daily seasoning for most of my recipes. I will mix this up about once a month. It’s easy and simple to mix up. You can also use it as a base for other seasoning blends. If I need a lemon pepper seasoning, I will take some of this and add granulated lemon to it. I plan on adding more of my salt free seasoning blends soon.
