In our Travels we are always looking for new places to explore. We share our travels in the On The Trail page so that you can explore them also. To help us and you find even more places to explore we are building a Directory of Historical sites, out of the way paths and towns. At this time our Travel & Route Directory is mainly for the Midwest, Ohio River Valley, and the Mississippi River areas.
When you look at the listings we have marked the ones that we have visited and give you links to our post and or videos that we have done on the place.
A scenic location for walking, picnicking and camping. Parking areas are available at the first trailhead access and at the picnic/camping spur. Tables, grills, and a portable toilet are available at the picnic area. Benches are located on the bluffs overlooking the Ohio River. Water is not available on site.
