How I Cook My Pork Chops

These fried pork chops are simple, rustic, and full of flavor. I cook them in a cast iron skillet without breading, which keeps the meat tender while creating a delicious crust.

Using a cast iron skillet makes all the difference — it holds heat well and gives the pork chops a beautiful, golden sear every time.

Turn the Pan Drippings into Gravy

One of my favorite parts of frying pork chops is the pan drippings. After cooking, you can use the leftover grease to make Homemade Pork Chop Gravy. It’s rich, savory, and the perfect companion for these juicy pork chops.
